    BIZPHYX Senior Vice President, Robert (Bob) Clancy Named A QuEST Forum Fellow 

    We are very pleased to announce that BIZPHYX Co-Founder and Senior Vice President, Robert (Bob) Clancy was named a QuEST Forum Fellow at the recent 2015 Americas Best Practices Conference.

    QuEST Forum Fellows are recognized for more than 10 years of outstanding contribution and dedication to QuEST Forum, in the pursuit of ICT quality and performance excellence.

    This honor is an exclamation mark on the nearly 20-year career commitment Bob has made to QuEST Forum and ICT quality initiatives.  Since 1998, Bob has led efforts to develop and refine the TL 9000 standard.  Bob is a TL 9000 expert, TL 9000 Master Trainer and a Supervisory Master Trainer (SMT).

    Active in QuEST Forum from its early stages, he is currently Co-Secretary of the Global Business Excellence Group (GBE) and is a former QuEST Forum COO Award winner.  Bob trains executives around the globe on how to implement, maintain and audit the TL 9000 quality standard.

    This award is so greatly deserved.  Congratulations Bob!
